The Náplavka Supper Club Series: Miso Meets Malibu
For years in Los Angeles, I cooked privately for A-list clients who wanted the kind of Nobu-level experience they loved, without the restaurant, the crowds or the paparazzi.
Miso Meets Malibu brings that dinner to Prague.
For one night, I’m opening my home overlooking the Vltava to just six guests for an intimate seven-course tasting menu inspired by California, Japan and more than a decade of cooking around the world.
We’ll begin with drinks overlooking the river, weather permitting, before moving around the table for A5 Wagyu, ahi tuna, truffle, miso-glazed salmon and a few surprises along the way.
The Supper Club has always been about more than what’s on the plate. Come alone, bring someone you love, meet people you might never otherwise meet, and leave having shared a table, stories and a pretty extraordinary meal.
With only six seats, this will be one of the smallest and most indulgent Supper Clubs I’ve hosted.
