Every great Prague itinerary needs one moment that can't be replicated. This is it.

A fully private culinary experience hosted by Los Angeles celebrity chef Mariko Amekodommo. Designed for travelers who want something that isn't on any public itinerary.

The Experience

Your clients have seen the castle. They have walked the bridge.

They have eaten in the restaurants.

This is something else.

Inside my private Prague kitchen, I host an intimate culinary showcase — a live chef experience where guests watch, taste, and leave with something they can recreate at home. The menu is built around local Czech ingredients, prepared through the lens of global technique. The conversation goes wherever it goes.

It is not a cooking class. It is not a restaurant dinner. It is the kind of evening people talk about for years.

Up to 8 guests. Fully private. Completely curated.

WHY IT WORKS FOR YOUR CLIENTS

I have hosted hundreds of events across four continents — Hollywood executives, global brand leaders, entertainment talent, and travelers with the taste and means to choose anything. What I have learned is that at a certain level, what people want most is an experience that feels genuinely personal and completely off the radar.

My kitchen is that. A private residence in a secure building, known only to those who have been invited. No public listings. No walk-ins. No interruptions.

I have designed experiences for audiences across Asia, Europe, and the Americas — and I understand the cultural nuances that make the difference between a good event and an unforgettable one. Dietary needs, pacing, presentation, the texture of the evening — all of it considered in advance.

For luxury tour operators, travel fixers, and talent representatives: I make your job easy and make your clients look like they found something extraordinary. Because they did.

THIS EXPERIENCE IS RIGHT FOR

  • Luxury tour operators placing high-end group itineraries.

  • Travel agencies placing high-net-worth and private clientele.

  • Film industry talent and production teams in Prague.

  • Private travelers who want something curated and completely exclusive.

For clients who have everything — this is the one thing they didn't know to ask for.

What happens in my kitchen

The evening begins the moment your clients walk in.

What they find is not a restaurant setup and not a classroom. It is a working kitchen that feels like the best dinner party they have ever been invited to — where the host happens to be a Los Angeles chef who has cooked for Hollywood's biggest names and knows exactly how to make a room feel alive.

I work with local Czech ingredients and global technique. Guests watch familiar things become unexpected. A simple vegetable becomes something smoky and precise. A sauce comes together in seconds that they assumed took hours. At some point in the evening, someone always says: I could actually do this at home.

That is the moment I design for.

The experience is fluid. Some groups want to jump in and get their hands on it. Others want to watch, taste, and let the evening unfold. I read the room and adjust. Every element — the pacing, the plating, the surprises — is calibrated to the group in front of me.
