    Challenge: Electronics brand expanding into Latin America needed an activation that connected product innovation with cultural relevance.

    Approach: Created themed culinary experience featuring regional ingredients and flavors that mirrored the brand's design aesthetic. Designed DIY component allowing guests to create and customize their experience.

    Results: Generated authentic social content from attendees, media coverage in regional outlets, and positioned brand as culturally aware rather than just tech-focused.

  • Camp Mars | 30 Seconds to Mars

    Challenge: Jared Leto and 30 Seconds to Mars were producing Camp Mars — a 3-day, 2,500-person music festival with an audience defined by wellness, plant-based living, and intentional lifestyle. The event needed a culinary activation layer that matched that identity and gave brands a meaningful way to reach it.

    Approach: Designed and produced a culinary brand activation bringing together 16 wellness, vegan, and healthy lifestyle brands — creating an integrated experience where food became the connective thread between the festival audience and the brands present. Each brand touchpoint was curated to feel native to the festival environment, not promotional.

    Results: Activation generated significant media attention including coverage in US Weekly, positioning the culinary experience as a story in its own right rather than a brand sponsorship footnote.

  • For brands running multiple activations or needing ongoing advisory, we offer

  • retainer arrangements starting at €3,000/month. This includes quarterly events,

  • strategic consulting, and priority scheduling.

Retainer Partnerships

  • Small events (10-30 guests): 6-8 weeks lead time

  • Large events (50+ guests): 8-12 weeks lead time

  • Rush projects: Available on case-by-case basis with premium pricing
