Pickles are one of my favorite snacks and I just learned that I could make them myself … in a matter of minutes! These pickles are fast and easy and healthy, and will last 10-14 days in the refrigerator. If you want pickles to enjoy your pickles next year and keep them in a cabinet, then you will have to “can” them, using special equipment and ultra sterilized jars. I’ve canned green beans and other veggies in the past, but it was labor intensive and I ended up eating them within the week … they were so delicious, I couldn’t resist!
