Cazzey is one of the most interesting and awesome people I have met in LA. Not only does he have an impressive resume of film work, he spends part of the year as the chef on a commercial fishing boat! The first time we met, he shared tips and tricks of creative cooking when you are out to sea with nothing but salmon! On this episode of Live from Mariko’s kitchen, I buy my first whole salmon and learn how to cut it up proper. We then make a hearty chowder using baked squash … amazing!
