On this weeks episode of “Live from Mariko’s Kitchen” we have the talented Noah James Butler in the studio. Our recipe for the night is tamago … that weird sweet egg stuff served at sushi restaurants. The idea to make tamago on the show was after previous conversations with Noah about the stuff: his 4 year old daughter loves it!!!! Normally, its purchased at the Japanese market, but its super easy to make at home. You can make a batch and keep it in the refrigerator, making it a healthy snack when you are on the go!
